Using technology, soft skills training & behaviour change science, Rea provides a horizontal solution to digital talent creation, education & job placement, guaranteeing jobs providing minimum standards are met.

Positions available:
Hiring right now in time for our second cohort starting on 30th May 2022, we’re looking for team-leaders, coaches & facilitators who are proven connectors with people & know how to facilitate group coaching & mindset development conversations that land with impact! As a Rea Coach, you will host one 2-hours virtual class per week (in the evenings either from 5-7pm or 7-9pm), helping learners reflect on the way they have been showing up during the week, providing group & personal coaching during the class & leading a conversation that connects as well as inspires learners to change.
You’re someone who has developed teams of people & is skilled at leading mindset development conversations in groups. You have invested in your own personal development journey & are comfortable sharing authentically about your own life, challenges & aspirations. You’re just as effective working from a powerpoint as you are talking to & developing learning from what is arising inside the group conversation. You connect & build trust quickly, operate with a strong sense of values & know how to laugh at yourself & be vulnerable.
You will work with an instructional designer & head coach to ensure you are prepared to deliver each class & will be responsible for observing & reporting on key performance behaviours from learners. You will provide input to the assessment of learners & from time-to-time, be prepared to meet with interns to provide feedback on deliverables. The commitment is 6-hours per week outside of normal business hours.

Ideally, you’ll have experience as a Scrum Master and be passionate about all things Agile. You will enjoy bringing people on the journey and will have coached/mentored teams to work more effectively using Agile practices. A key focus for our learners is to understand business applications in the tech sector. As a coach, you will help our learners navigate operational environments, understand project management processes, and how to build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that projects are run effectively to align with business expectations.
