We collaborate with certified trainers to bring you a balanced learning experience that combines live online sessions, independent tasks, hands-on activities, and real-world projects. This is further enriched by local expertise and mentorship to ensure mastery of the technical content.
Imagine a performance coach who’s always there for you, guiding you through the nuances of achieving your best life both personally and professionally. At Rea, our coaches provide over 20 hours of small-group coaching, limited to 25 learners, and 1:1 coaching to ensure you get the attention you deserve.
This programmes is designed to be a pathway into technology & is accessible for most people. It is not without its challenges though. To succeed, the following statements will be true for you:

What’s in the application form?
Once you submit your application, we will assess it. If we think you’re a good fit, we will invite you to complete your sign-up. If we need a few more details, we’ll reach out to have a conversation.
If we think you are a good fit for the programme, you will be invited to sign your learner agreement & complete your enrolment.
You can do this online & we encourage you to talk things over with friends, whanau & your Rea coach if you have any further questions.
You also need to confirm a start date and how you will pay your fees.

You complete your application online; it’s simple and easy to do.
You will fill in your personal information, tell us about your background and agree to our job guarantee conditions.
We’ll process your application within 5 days of you completing it. If you’re successful with your application you’ll receive a 30-minute interview call with one of our coaches.
Note: we only use the information you provide us for the purpose of assessing your application. We also anonymise your data & use it in the future to improve how we support new applicants.
